Fruit Salad Frenzy at School!

Today, the students at ILA got their hands on seasonal fruits as they embarked on a fun-filled adventure – making their very own fruit salad! Under the guidance of teachers, the young learners gathered in the school’s multipurpose hall, eager to unleash their creativity and culinary skills. The excitement was palpable as they gazed at the vibrant array of fruits spread out before them.

A Rainbow of Fruits

The colorful selection included:

Juicy apples
Plump grapes
Tangy kiwis
Sweet papayas
Succulent bananas
Exotic dragon fruit
The king of fruits – mango
And many other delightful fruits

The Creative Process

With their aprons on and hands washed, the students began their fruit salad journey. They:

Washed and peeled the fruits
Chopped them into bite-sized pieces
Mixed and matched their favorite fruits
Added a splash of creativity

They helped each other with chopping and mixing and learned about different fruits and their textures. The moment of truth arrived, and the students gathered around the table to sample their creation. The room was filled with “oohs” and “aahs” as they savored their delicious fruit salad.
