A Legacy of Educational Excellence
I have 14 yrs of experience in the field of education. I joined my family in the year 2009 and took up the responsibility of setting up college. I have been more involved in day to day running of school and college. Having set up infrastructure, recruiting academic staff, admissions, I have developed keen interest to bring out the uniqueness in children.
I have completed Engineering in Computer Science from Amrita Institute of Technology, Bangalore and Masters in Business Administration from Liverpool Hope University, England.
From Vision to Reality
I have 12 years of experience in heading a montessori which was started by my family. As a parent, I have seen my children grow and learn in a Montessori school. I want to use this experience in setting up a school which reflects my learning. I have been involved in setting up of infrastructure, pedagogy, recruitments and day to day aspects of school.
I have completed BSc in Computer Science from St. Joseph College, B.Ed from Bangalore University and Montessori Certification from IMTC.

What are the class sizes and teacher-to-student ratios?
Our classes are limited to 26 students. We maintain limited class sizes to ensure personalised attention.
Do you have CBSE affiliation?
Integrated Learning Academy is currently approved by the Government of Karnataka, with permission to operate up to Grade 8 and following CBSE curriculum. We are in alignment with the academic requirements of the CBSE board and our formal CBSE affiliation process is in accordance with the board’s guidelines.
How does the school measure and report student progress?
Student progress is tracked and communicated through a comprehensive reporting system. For students up to Grade 2, we do not conduct traditional examinations. Instead, ILA adopts a continuous evaluation methodology, focusing on students’ understanding and grasp of fundamental learning concepts. This approach allows us to monitor and support each child’s progress effectively. Progress updates are shared periodically with parents to inform them of their child’s development.
